The timeframes listed above are for consistent prior experience. If you've been going to the gym for the last 4 years but only worked out a handful of times each month, then you probably are not an advanced trainee.
Generally speaking, if you're dealing with a current injury then we advise you against purchasing one of our prebuilt training programs. Our prebuilt programs are highly effective, but are designed to be completed as written. If you can't complete a large percentage of the plan, then we cannot guarantee positive outcomes.
If you're dealing with an injury we do offer completely customized programming, which can be built around the injury you're managing.
You'll be using the Teambuildr app to access your workouts. Teambuildr's intuitive design allows us to provide instructional videos, notes, and smart questionnaires in the app.
Message your coach directly through the Teambuildr app. You can even upload training videos for video review. Teambuildr is the best way to reach us if you have a quick question that needs answering.
The journal feature of Teambuildr allows you to upload videos of your workouts for the coaching team to review. You can also keep notes on specific exercises, and workouts.
Journaling allows us to get a better understanding of who you are as an athlete and make smarter coaching decisions for you.
